ATTORNEY GREGORY J. OSTROM
is the founder of our firm.  His vision was to create a Mid-Michigan "Tax Law Firm" that specialized in tax law and tax litigation matters.  By focusing primarily on taxpayer representation cases, he and his firm have helped taxpayers save millions of dollars in state and Federal taxes, penalties and interest.

WHAT IF YOU OWE TAXES?  Clients often hire our firm when they owe taxes or have failed to file required tax returns.  If you owe taxes, the government can seize your wages, your bank accounts and your business assets.  If you fail to file required tax returns, you can be charged with criminal tax evasion (i.e., a felony) and be sent to prison.  When hired, we immediately take the following steps to protect you and your rights as a taxapayer:

  • We halt government enforcement actions
  • We take steps to prevent criminal prosecution
  • We protect your wages and bank accounts from levy
  • We protect your business from government shut down
  • We respond to all pending tax audits or tax notices
  • We attempt to obtain abatements or "amnesty" for tax and penalty assessments
  • We negotiate long-term payment plans for any non-dischargable balances owed
